Ans. If it was a quality issue, I would investigate the production process from start to finish to determine where the gaps affect quality. After identifying the issue, I would establish corrective action to resolve the problems and prevent future problems from occurring again. I would also suggest implementing product testing procedures to help catch any problems earlier on.”
